AJ Fischer has been helping buyer's and seller's successfully for over 25 years.  She has earned many designations for her outstanding education and additional training.  She holds her CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert, Certified Real Estate Specialist,  where only 4% of all the agents nationally hold,  the Accredited  Buyer Representative, Certified New Home Specialist, Professional Member Network, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, CREA  and ASP for Home Staging. 

AJ Is a successful and well known Real Estate Coach with CKG International,coaching for some of the top real estate agents in the US and Canada. 

As a member of Keller Williams Preferred Realty, AJ's experience, knowledge and training help home buyers and sellers through out the process. She knows the challenges that are now facing homeowners in the present market.  Her years of working with sellers has given her a unique approach to how to market their properties to get them SOLD!  AJ sold an average of 300 homes a year while owning her own firm in Naples Florida.
